Please note that furniture and large decor is restricted to US deliveries only.
Upon placement of your order you will receive an email confirming your order. This acknowledges we have received your order and authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will send you a separate email to let you know the expected shipment date.
If your order is in stock, your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you updated tracking once the shipment is collected by the courier.
Within 24 hours of shipment, you will receive a shipping notification email with your orders’s tracking information Note, this is a separate email from your order confirmation email. Follow the link to Track Your Order.
Receiving & Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when the order arrives, if you suspect any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your shipment does arrive damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim and organize a replacement for you.
