What is your return policy?

We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. Our 30 day hassle-free returns and exchange policy starts from the day you receive your order. Returned items will be inspected to determine that they are in unused, resalable condition. Please note that we do not cover return shipping.

 

Do I need a receipt from my return?

Your order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest - you can find this in your confirmation email. 

 

How many days do I have?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you'd like to return or make an exchange.

 

Are there restocking fees?
No, however we do charge a 10% restocking fee for orders over $1000.

 

Can I keep my gifted items?

Free add-on items gifted as part of a purchase must be returned with the original purchase. 

 

Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

Please follow these guidelines closely for your returns. Improper return methods with out RMAs will often delay and impact our ability to issue you a full refund.

 

1. Email us at returns@tapestryzest.com. Include your order ID in the title
2. Wait for us to send you the return address and the RMA number
3. Send back the items via a secure carrier like Fedex or UPS
4. Email us your return tracking number

 

Refunds

Once your item has been inspected, we will credit your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
