Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free shipping for all US orders.

 

What are your rates for international shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $25 for all International shipment, regardless of order size.

 

When will my order arrive?

We ship orders within 3 business days. Should an item be out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Note that tapestries from Fine Art Tapestry may take up to 14 days as these woven on demand.

  

How will I know my order has been shipped?

As soon as an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

What carrier do you use?

Orders will ship via the fastest carrier option, we use Fedex and UPS for most domestic shipments but also utilize USPS and DHL internationally.

 

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide to every country. Please contact us if you have any additional requests.

 

What type of shipping options do you offer?

Standard and Express shipping is available on most orders. If you need your order expedited, please contact us for assistance.

Products

Does a rod come with the tapestry?

No. Rods, finials and tassels are sold separately. Please get in touch, we are happy to assist you in the selection process.


Do the rods include brackets and mounting hardware?

Yes. Each rod comes as a set with all necessary brackets, screws and mounting hardware, unless otherwise noted.


How are the tapestries printed?

The method we use is often referred to as 'jacquard woven', a process that utilizes a high thread count woven process that layer vibrant colored threads in close-knit weave.

 

Are the tapestries hand woven?

No. Our tapestries are machine woven in modern jacquard looms. However each tapestry is hand finished with a personal touch.


How should I maintain my tapestry?

Once mounted on a wall, your tapestry will require very little maintenance. You may wish to vacuum your tapestry once or twice a year to remove dust. 


Do you appraise or buy old tapestries?

No. Our focus is in offering exclusively designed new tapestries. We recommend contacting a vintage tapestry or rug dealer for antique appraisals.

 

Ordering & Payments

Do you take phone orders?

Yes, we are happy to take phone orders. However all credit cards are processed via our online payment system and we will need your email to provide ongoing shipping updates.

 

What payment methods are accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

 


Will I pay sales tax on my order?

Only orders shipped within California will be charged the mandatory state sales tax.
